Purpose of role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to oversee client accounts in the Ireland and Northern Ireland region for our fast-growing SaaS company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with key clients, serving as their trusted advisor, and ensuring their success with our innovative SaaS solutions. The role requires a deep understanding of the Ireland and Northern Ireland market dynamics, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture a portfolio of key accounts in the Ireland and Northern Ireland, fostering strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Understand the specific needs and objectives of clients in the Ireland and Northern Ireland and align our SaaS solutions to meet their business requirements effectively.
- Stay up to date with the latest market trends and competitive landscape in the Ireland and Northern Ireland , providing insights to clients on how they can leverage our solutions to gain a competitive edge.
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross selling our products and services, driving revenue growth within the assigned accounts.
- Conduct regular business reviews and check-ins with clients, addressing any concerns, and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction with our offerings.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and support the expansion of our customer base in the Ireland and Northern Ireland .
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product and Customer Support, to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions and the resolution of any client issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, transactions, and account details in the CRM system.
- Provide regular reports and updates on the performance of Ireland and Northern Ireland accounts, including revenue forecasts, growth opportunities, and potential risks.
Knowledge and Experience:
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager or in a similar customer-facing role in the SaaS industry within the Ireland and Northern Ireland market.
- In-depth knowledge of the SaaS landscape and market trends in the Ireland and Northern Ireland .
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales or account management targets within the Ireland and Northern Ireland market.
- Strong analytical skills and a strategic approach to account management and business development.
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Flexibility for occasional travel within the Ireland and Northern Ireland region.
