Purpose of role:

The Delivery Assurance Specialist role plays a critical role in setting customers up for Success by prescriptively shaping and then leading the execution of large and transformational engagements at our most strategic customers. The Deliver Assurance Specialist serves as a trusted advisor to our customers, providing guidance to Sales & Professional Services teams, ensuring synergies across each customer’s projects, and ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction. They are experts who are accountable for ensuring customer success, business value and are there to provide clarity to the PMO and Delivery teams to deliver the expected outcomes of the engagements with the customer. They are internally and externally recognised as a business contributor, industry and product specialist.

Partnered with the Sales Team, the Delivery Assurance Specialist acts as the Delivery expert across the portfolio of products and engaging other SMEs across the organisation to develop and articulate comprehensive implementation proposals. The Delivery Assurance Specialist will then maintain the executive relationships and act as an escalation point within these engagements in a billable capacity, ensuring tight stakeholder alignment, offering proactive and prescriptive advice resulting in outstanding Customer Success.

This will include the following:

  • Offer pre-sales support.

  • Collaboration with sales, delivery, PMO and customer to create a “Statement of Work” for the project deliverable.

  • To estimate the consultancy effort required by skill for the project.

  • Perform “Technical Validation” of quotations.

  • Support with “Deal review board (DRB)” activities.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high client satisfaction by consistently meeting/exceeding goals and metrics.

  • Ensure business value is realised (directly and indirectly) for each customer engagement.

  • Bring best practices to each engagement through your deep platform expertise by providing the Professional Services team with Subject Matter Expertise related to the proposed. solution and client needs in order to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Align closely with Account and Sales team by offering per-sales support, creation of SOWs, perform Technical Validation and support with Deal Review Board.

  • Successfully manage multiple strategic clients simultaneously.

  • Show continued professional growth and development.

  • Act as an advisor on complex issues and engagements, exercising discretion and latitude in reaching critical goals.

  • Lead cross-functional teams and mentors others.

  • Partner with the Go-to-Market Team (Services Sellers) to drive continued growth of services.

  • Proactively mitigate and manage critical escalations and at-risk accounts; communicate effectively and appropriately with internal and external leaders and executives.

Skills / Knowledge & Experience:

  • Must be very strongly process-driven with a track record of successfully handling considerable change and the ability to work under pressure.

  • Commercially aware with very strong analytical skills.

  • Knowledge of the Automotive industry (desirable, not essential).

  • Ability to advise, persuade and influence people in a professional and effective manner.

  • Must be able to plan and deliver multiple tasks simultaneously and to effectively organise workload.

  • Must demonstrate outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

  • Open for challenges and striving for continuous improvement, motivating and engaged.

  • A team player who is influential and builds good working relationships across all functions.

  • Flexibility, integrity and problem-solving skills are a pre-requisite to be successful in this role.
