Key Duties & responsibilities include but won’t be limited to:

• Proactively and with a degree of independence complete the monthly reporting deliverables to the required deadlines

• Provide accurate reporting and insightful analysis as required

• Investigate and explain variances to forecast (month), plan (year to date) and prior year. Providing insight and context as required.

• Support the preparation and interpretation of financial plans and forecasts

• Answering queries from Finance Business Partners

• Contribute to improving reporting processes data quality and data capture across multiple platforms.

• Verify data accuracy and consistency

• Liaise, communicate and work in collaboration across the finance community

• Ad hoc financial analysis and investigation

• Timely submission of data, reports and analysis

• High standard of outputs with no errors or corrections

Skills / Knowledge & Experience:

• High degree of accuracy in all activities

• Ability to communicate effectively

• Able to develop strong relationships and work collaboratively with key contacts across Keyloop

• Strong time management and multi-tasking skills

• Ability to work remotely with teams of different cultures

• Ability to work under pressure, displaying positive attitude as a team player

• Strong command of English

• Ability to adhere to finance policies and procedures

Essential:

• University educated within a relevant field or qualified by experience in a similar role

• Demonstrable knowledge of accounting and finance processes

• Experience in multi-national / multi-cultural environment

• Good business acumen with commercial curiosity
