Role Responsibilities

• Strategy & Planning
  • Optimal provision, planning and deployment of expertise and skills, for both current/future demand, to meet TTV, commercial and customer expectations
  • Translates Keyloop strategy into an actionable plan to ensure optimal provision of highly valued skilled resources, to meet business objectives
  • Develops (alongside other functions) the successful leverage of various skills pool venues, to ensure immediate and future business needs are optimally met
  • Applies appropriate measures for individual/team results and skills development and retention
  • Ensure compliance with the legal requirements for associates as per specific requirements
  • Alignment, collaboration, and execution of delivery as agreed with PS Ops, Transformation, Delivery Risk
  • Works with leadership team to ensure clear communication of strategy, targets, and results/progress

• Results Accountability
  • Lead team(s) comprising of expert Consultant staff to deliver services that meet commercial Corp/Functional objectives and goals
  • Manages performance of teams against plan/budget and supports accurate revenue forecasting
  • KPI’s focus and adherence (billability, utilization, rework, CSI, project profitability etc.)
  • Sets high standards of performance for self & others in delivering results and meeting commercial targets
  • Encourages and rewards innovative problem solving
  • Drives results through planning and measurable objectives
  • Uses data to make decisions to drive the business
  • Clearly articulates challenges/opportunities in meeting/exceeding set objectives
  • Provides quality reporting and updates on progress vs targets to key stake holders
