Purpose of the role

A role with the Professional Services to ensure the success of the Keyforce Implementation, training and roll out. The role is key to ensuring the successful implementation and roll out across PS. As part of this role, you will be expected to outline, define the requirements needed working with the PMO, Delivery and Hardware teams. You will be expected to challenge the status quo and identify, promote, and execute improvement opportunities on a regular basis and report these to senior management.

You will also be responsible for ensuring that documenting of the new processes is completed and then assisting with the training of Keyloop employees within Professional Services.

Role Responsibilities

Project Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project plans and schedules.
• Continuously improve project management methodologies, processes, and best practices
• Look for improvements in all Professional Services process that utilise NetSuite following successful role out of each region.
• Lead and manage end-to-end implementation projects of the NetSuite software.
• Gather business requirements, analyse needs, and provide recommendations for system configurations and customisations.
• Documenting new processes within NetSuite and to provide the training and support to end users on NetSuite functionalities and processes.
• Work closely with the PS operations team to sure all other aspects of tooling and processes are aligned to the new system ensuring data integrity of the system and working closely with the data analytics team to align on reporting and dashboard requirements.

Skills / Knowledge & Experience

• A track record of successfully handling considerable change is also a strong requirement of the role.
• Key business stakeholder management
• Has the ability to manage any team member issue, using empathy, sensitivity, common sense, and integrity.
• Excellent organization, planning and coordination skills.
• High-level of communication skills
• Experience in software implementation or ERP systems is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of business processes and workflows is beneficial.
