The Data & Analytics team provides data analytics consultation and leadership to the Customer Enablement org. The team provides advice in all areas of the data analytics project cycle: business problem formation, data understanding, data warehousing, data preparation, data visualization and predictive model development, evaluation, interpretation, and deployment.

The Data & Analytics Leader will ensure that the team prepare effective and efficient reporting solutions delivering answers to vital business questions. As a team they will also provide guidance and alternatives to ensure the best possible solution can be delivered in minimal time whilst ensuring it continues to meet business requirements and follow organization strategic vision.

The Data & Analytics team will also contribute to the different data models in the Customer Enablement org by connecting different data sources, manipulate and consolidate data and present them in an informative and visually pleasing dashboard. They collaborate effectively with colleagues from other disciplines to define reporting requirements, assess reporting solution options and devise reporting solutions achieve both strategic business goals and meet operational requirements

The leader of this team will provide support and guidance to the team as well and a deep insight into possible resolutions of business challenges based on the data.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements to deliverable solutions aligned to Salesforce best practices.
  2. Provide and drive data insights and analytical projects & reports for and around our Customer Enablement org.
  3. Solution design and delivery of complex business change requests and projects
  4. Collaborative working across teams to design, build and support reporting & insights solutions on and surrounding the Salesforce platform choosing the best solution among the portfolio in use
  5. Ability to see beyond the numbers
  6. Proactively suggest way to visualise complex data sets, generating dashboards/charts that give insightful views of key business issues and opportunities
  7. Serve as subject matter expert on items related to CRM Analytics, Salesforce Lightning Reporting, Power BI
  8. Leading and mentoring the Data & Analytics team

Essentials Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Expert knowledge and understanding of digital trends and challenges across industries
  2. Experience in working with all areas of the business up to and including C-Suite
  3. Experience in leading a team either directly or indirectly
  4. Problem solving experience from high volume support roles, displaying analytical thinking and professional flexibility to get the job done
  5. Forward thinking and driven with the desire to provide enhanced solution beyond requirements
  6. Experience with any BI visualization tool or reporting suite
  7. A confident written and verbal communicator, able to clearly explain digital ideas to non-technical audiences and work effectively with non-technical colleagues and business executives
  8. A passion for continued learning through Salesforce channels and outside channels

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  1. People leader experience

  1. Salesforce certifications with focus on CRM Analytics
  2. Experienced in data visualization – CRM Analytics and Salesforce Native reporting
  3. Experienced in Power BI
  4. Experience in CRM and Insights with a proven track record of driving actionable insights
  5. Experience with SQL (Microsoft, MySQL)
  6. Very good understanding of statistical modelling
  7. Experienced in performing analytics, segmentations and data mining
