Salesforce CPQ Consultant

OVERVIEW

We are seeking an individual to join the Keyloop Salesforce Support & Development team as a Senior CPQ Consultant. This team is responsible for the overall Salesforce Technical Architecture

The successful candidate will bring extensive Salesforce expertise, have a strong project delivery ethic and will be able to work with and influence key users in multiple geographies.

The role

The Senior CPQ Consultant understands the full extent of the digital solution and will collaborate effectively with colleagues from other disciplines to define technology objectives, assess solution options and devise architectural solutions that achieve both strategic business goals and meet operational requirements to ensure the solution fits into the enterprise architecture.

Working with our business and technology colleagues, the Senior CPQ Consultant will prepare the technical blueprints for cost effective and efficient Salesforce solutions across the salesforce platform, taking a solution leadership role throughout design and delivery, to help ensure that technical solutions continue to meet business requirements and follow the organisation’s strategic vision., you will be one of many CPQ Specialist with a SI Partner leading the overall implementation.

Who we are looking for:

The ideal candidates will have a minimum of 5 years CPQ experience 3 at a consultant level, is able to work with solution architects of global brands, be able to architect and implement technology solutions in support of digital transformation initiatives. Furthermore, the ideal candidates will be:

• A Salesforce CPQ escalation point, able to help Keyloop assess its current digital technology maturity, identify gaps and shape a comprehensive CPQ Design, ensuring you are working with end-to-end Solution Architects to provide digital blueprint and technology roadmap
• At minimum Salesforce certification of Administration, Advanced Administration, App Builder, Consultant and Platform Developer, CPQ Certification
• CALM Experience an Advantage
• Experienced in the systems delivery lifecycle including requirements gathering, analysis, design, configuration, integration, testing (all phases), migration and deployment
• Understand Sales Life cycles to ensure the solutions provided adhere to best practice
• Understanding Asset management, a must

To do the job well, you should be experienced in the following:

• Salesforce CPQ data modelling, integration patterns and salesforce architecture best practices
• Contract Life Cycle Management
• Deployment management and software delivery lifecycle
• A confident written and verbal communicator, able to clearly explain digital ideas to non-technical audiences, and work effectively with non-technical colleagues and business executives
• Asset Management/Scheduling
• CPQ best practices

Minimum Requirements:

• Salesforce Certified in Administration, Advanced Administration, App Builder, Consultant and Platform Developer I, CPQ Consultant
• Proven experience in providing knowledge Transfer on complex, digital and front-office transformation initiatives.
• CALM Experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical design and delivery of complex BCRs and projects
• High Level and Details sizing Capability
• Collaborative working across teams to design, build and support solutions on and surrounding the Salesforce platform.
• Facilitate release management activities across teams, ensuring controlled and timely deployments within a continuous integration environment. Ensure that all changes are documented, reviewed, tested and approved before release.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on CPQ related items
• Prototyping
• Coaching junior resources to become Junior CPQ Specialists
• Maintaining Standard Operating Procedures and ensuring governance
