Purpose of role:

We are looking for a Quote Team Specialist to be the expert on the quoting process across the company . We are seeking someone who wants to work in a fast-paced sales environment and is driven by delivering a great customer experience to our sales colleagues. The Quote Team Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that the quote requests coming from our sales teams are completed in a timely and accurate fashion.

With a keen eye for detail, the confidence and ability to communicate with colleagues from different cultures and markets and a can-do attitude you will be a key part of delivering sales success for Keyloop.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Process sales quotes and provide support to the Sales teams.
  • To manage workload accurately and track all your activity in Salesforce and in CPQ, our quoting tool.
  • Respond to requests from the sales team in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with different teams across the company.
  • Follow department and company procedures and provide feedback where appropriate.

Key Results Indicators & Measures of success:

  • Turnaround time for quote requests.
  • Successful management of pipeline of requests.
  • Achievement of monthly/quarterly volume targets.
  • Feedback from Quote Team Leader and Field Account Managers &Sales Directors.

Skills / Knowledge & Experience:

  • Numerate & Articulate.
  • Ability to communicate in a clear and effective manner.
  • Communicates information, asks questions and checks for understanding.
  • Knows the basics of customer P&L and works with manager to understand Keyloop’s product set and how it benefits our customers.
  • Maturity and diplomacy to handle engagement with sales people from different levels in the organization.
  • Understanding of cultural differences and ability to communicate effectively in/with international teams.

Qualifications required:

  • German and English speaker (C1).
  • High proficiency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint).
  • Have experience using CRM and quoting tool (preferably Salesforce and CPQ) will be a plus.
  • Prior experience in supportive functions to sales High proficiency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint).
