The Delivery Centre Consultant performs configuration and deployment services for Keyloop Customers based on the requirement.

The Delivery Centre Consultant performs system configuration activities, ensures end-to-end readiness of the implemented solution, and monitors the complete process with a focus on minimizing time to value for the customer.

  • Responsible for executing tasks associated with installation of packages/completing the quote work that Keyloop's customers have requested in a timely and professional manner according to planned deadlines with quality.
  • To install and configure additional packages as customers purchase it.
  • Keep the team leader informed of any obstacles and provide status of completed work.
  • Take a customer-centric approach - Solve customers' business problems ensuring they receive the added value of the product.
  • Train, advise and support clients as necessary.

Main Duties / Responsibilities:

    • Implementation of package or quote work and associated product set within the scope of the job role, following agreed standard procedures and practices.
    • To be proactive in making all necessary preparations and arrangements to ensure customer dictated ‘dates’ are met as scheduled including occasional share of “out of hours” & “weekend” work.
    • To keep all interested parties appropriately informed of job progress and any issues that may compromise the scheduled dates.
    • To use schedules provided to keep informed of personal assignments and prioritize work requirements.
    • To take responsibility to ensure appropriate levels of service and contact are maintained with customers, and that the customer’s confidence in the product and services provided are maintained.
    • Follow established department/company procedures relating to customer Implementation/support.
    • Ensure customer Product support Notes & records of work are accurately updated and maintained.
    • Report on any faults found or enhancements which could improve the product via the internal issues system.
    • To contribute to process improvements of the product/package and implementation of its product set.
    • Maintain and keep abreast of all relevant software used for job purpose.
    • Coach & mentor consultants.
    • Cover for the Team Lead from time to time as needed.

Qualifications:

  • BTECH or master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science

Experience:

  • Fresher/experience in implementation/configuration
  • Preferred any implementation experience for 2 years and above.

Skills (In Priority Order):

  • Analytical, problem-solving skills and pays attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills, including telephone, virtual methods, written, and verbal.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft office suites (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Able to coach.
  • Knowledge Documentation Creation
  • Use Data to Identify Trends that need addressing.
  • Act as a Client Escalation Point
  • Excellent operational knowledge of their own Products
  • Independently carry out routine functions within the scope of the job role following agreed standard procedures and practices.
  • Assist in identifying and correcting setup issues.
  • Ensure that the customer’s Support Notes & Records of Work are accurately updated and maintained.
  • Articulate and provide firm examples of improvement to process in the deployment of product to reduce time to market.
  • To cost and provide accurate quotes for work to be carried out.
  • Ability to troubleshoot Print Manager related issues and resolve.

Additional Skillset:

  • Good Knowledge of Unix / Linux / SQL
  • Basic to Intermediate Programming Code Reading Capability
  • Code debugging capability.
  • Sound knowledge of Product lifecycle and handover
  • Able to Provide Innovative Solutions to Problems
  • Exposure to automotive industry is an added advantage.
  • Deliver Formal Classroom Training Capability
  • To provide accurate drawing and proofing of customer forms and template using the Print Manager Editor application and associated product set within the scope of the job role, following agreed standard procedures and practices.
  • Maintain and keep abreast of all relevant software used for job purpose.
  • Photoshop knowledge
