As the Head of Integration Management, you will be responsible for leading the Integration Management Office. With M&A being a key factor in Keyloop’s strategy, this role will be critical in ensuring value delivery from each acquisition integration, regardless of size.

You will be responsible for building the integration management team, creating a scalable integration engine that can be applied to all integrations, regardless of size, and delivering both operational and cultural alignment of all integrations.

You will also be responsible for coordinating integration efforts across the entire organization, leveraging cross-functional resources to ensure integrations are completed on time and deliver expected value.

Role Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement holistic integration plans to facilitate smooth transitions during mergers and acquisitions.
  • Build the integration management team to drive a scalable integration model that is repeatable and flexible for integrations of all sizes.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure that integration plans are executed on time and deliver expected results.
  • Support due diligence activities, including identifying risks, opportunities, and potential synergies.
  • Work with senior management to ensure that integration plans are aligned with corporate strategy.
  • Define and implement change management strategies to support cultural integration.
  • Track and monitor integration KPIs.
  • Communicate integration progress to Keyloop, including senior management and other stakeholders.

Skills / Knowledge & Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in corporate integration or related field.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a track record of building, inspiring, and motivating teams to achieve high-performance goals.
  • Exceptional project management skills with proven experience in managing integration projects, including cultural change.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and drive consensus in a matrix organizational structure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
