Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Take ownership of cases which require parts and or field service (service work)
• Arrange shipping and collection of parts
• Ensure we are using the most cost-efficient way of shipping parts
• Making sure we are keeping customers hardware contracts up to date
• Manage Field Techs Day to day diaries, holidays, sickness, private appointments etc
• Schedule installations which require engineers
• Deal with hardware warranty claims
• Item request hardware when required
• Ensure customer queries are dealt with in a timely manner and escalated where appropriate
• Deliver statistical information to customers when required
• Liaise with Field Techs and customers to keep them informed of all relevant details and changes
• Carry out any invoicing required for Hardware T&M work
• Make sure all processes and procedures are documented
• Ensure Health & Safety procedures are always adhered to
• Any other duties that might be considered reasonable by your line manager

Skills Required

• Excellent communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Power Point
• Educated to a GCSE level as a minimum
• Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and time management skills
• A good decision maker willing to accept responsibility
