Purpose of the role :

Team administrator who will report to senior collections specialist and work for the collections team only. Initially to support the UK collections ledger but in time they will cover all countries.

Role & Responsibility:

• Communicating / emailing the various documentation to Customers, internal staff as required
• Prepare and respond on any copy invoices, statement requests or basic customer queries.
• To maintain good and effective working relationships with the Collections team
• Be highly self-motivated, able to work independently and within a close-knit team.

Skills /Experience:

• English speaking (Other languages would be useful but not essential)
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
• Excellent organisational skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft tools – word, excel.
• Be able to demonstrate a meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work to strict timescales in a fast-paced environment and deadlines and prioritise work.
• Experience of working in an admin role or a similar role.
• Team player
• Be self-disciplined, reliable, and capable of working to set time frames.
• Be able to communicate effectively on the phone if required.
• Completing customer care responses within the required timescale.
