The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong track record of account management achievement, ideally in the automotive market. Extensive collaboration will be required across multi-function teams. A successful candidate will understand the automotive industry and the key challenges facing the OEM, NSC and Dealers, have excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, demonstrate resilience and be committed to a performance culture. The candidate will ideally also have a good experience (user or provider) of the Keyloops Retention Solutions or a similar automotive finance background. A proactive approach to continuous improvement and a ‘can do’ attitude is essential.

Key headlines

  • Be the first line of contact for existing and new customers and work with clients to maximise their use of the Keyloop Retention solutions.
  • Identify new client opportunities and opportunities for other Keyloop solutions
  • Assisting with selling into new and existing Keyloop automotive client base based on qualified leads.
  • The role is multinational and will involve UK and international travel to client and internal team meetings
  • Monthly face-to-face team meetings in the UK

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • To deliver excellent customer service through market-leading account management
  • Weekly dialogue with all clients.
  • Produce Quarterly Review Packs summarising both OEM Sales Results and system development carried out.
  • Collaborate with Key contacts at each Client (OEM) to understand their short, medium and long-term strategies and make Keyloop are the partner of choice.
  • Ensure product sales presentations are up to date along with other POS material and uploaded to shared portals.
  • To provide feedback on market intelligence to increase the internal market knowledge of competitor products.

Skill set and Experience required

  • Experience within the automotive sector
  • Experience selling SAAS, cloud-based solutions.
  • A proven track record in account management.
  • User or provider experience with Keyloop retention solutions.
  • Customer and outcomes-focused - maturity and diplomacy to manage engagement at varied levels within the target client organisations.
  • Able to implement a professional structured sales approach incorporating Contact Management, Qualification, Presentation, Objection Handling and Closing Techniques and use of Salesforce.
  • Self-driven, ambitious, resilient, highly motivated, competitive, resourceful, excellent communication skills, especially around listening, questioning – politely assertive.
  • Highly organised within a process-orientated environment. Computer literate and familiarity with SF.com an advantage
