We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Manager to join our team at Keyloop India – center of excellence supporting international operations of Keyloop with headquarter in UK. This role is responsible for managing the monthly close process, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with local requirements and leading a brand-new global purchase order management team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, especially in purchase-to-pay and payroll area, experience with shared service operations, and excellent leadership and communication skills.

Monthly Close Process Management and Financial Analysis :

  • Oversee the end-to-end monthly close process for Keyloop India, ensuring compliance with corporate accounting policies and timelines.
  • Lead and manage a small accounting team responsible for general ledger, accounts payables and payroll accounting.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Review journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis to ensure the accuracy of financial statements.
  • Monitor and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the month-end close process, identifying opportunities for process improvements.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis and provide insights to senior management to support decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulations.
  • Main point of contact on an operational basis with Keyloop for all ERP and Financial Systems related matters.

Global Purchase Order Management :

  • Lead and manage a small global team responsible for the purchase order management process.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for purchase order creation, approval, and tracking.
  • Collaborate with procurement, accounts payable, and other stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and improve process efficiency.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to purchase order management and implement strategies to improve performance.
  • Participate in purchase process transformation initiatives and project to drive continuous improvement.

Compliance and Risk Management :

  • Ensure adherence to internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage Goods and Services Tax (GST), Direct Tax (TDS etc.) and SEZ compliance.
  • Build strong relationship with auditor, bankers and other external advisors supporting Keyloop India compliance.

Process Improvement and Automation :

  • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate financial processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
  • Lead or participate in finance transformation initiatives and projects to drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and technology advancements to recommend and implement innovative solutions.

Requirements

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant with experience in managerial role
  • Strong understanding of purchase/procurement and payroll processes.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and month-end close processes
  • Experience in managing a team and leading cross-functional projects.
  • Proficient in financial systems and tools (e.g., Netsuite Oracle, Business Central, MS Excel).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is an advantage.
  • Fluent English - both written and verbal.
