Working an intern within the Customer Enablement Audit team, you will work to support the entire Customer Enablement team which includes Delivery, Customer Success, Operations, Technical Services and Knowledge & Education to ensure that their team members are following the correct processes. You will be involved from initiation through to completion on all audit projects that improve process and performance of all areas across the Customer Enablement Team. As you’d be an intern, you will receive full guidance and support through the process and any responsibilities that you take on.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Working with the Customer Enablement leadership team to define, implement and execute on all audit processes which support the business.
2. Produce a clear and effective communication plan for all business levels.
3. Project Action Tracking
4. Aid in delivering standardised processes and documentation that are measured and honed regularly that deliver a competitive edge.
5. Accountable and responsible for ensuring audit requests are approved in line with overall support strategy
6. Provide administrative support as needed.

Essentials Skills and Qualifications:

1. Demonstrating ability to work under pressure and to strict timescales
2. PC literate, especially MS Excel
3. Strong organisational skills and ability to react to change
4. Communication skills
