The Collaboration & Automation Engineer will be responsible for M365 Power Platform, focusing on, but not limited to, our Power Platform environment(s), PowerApps, PowerAutomate, PowerBI and Copilot Studio

The Collaboration & Automation Engineer will collaborate closely with various departments to understand their needs and implement solutions that enhance productivity and efficiency.

The Collaboration & Automation Engineer will be responsible for managing and optimizing Keyloops' M365 Power Platform.

This role will focus on overseeing the Power Platform environment, developing and maintaining PowerApps, automating workflows using PowerAutomate, and creating insightful reports and dashboards with PowerBI.

Additionally, they will ensure the security and compliance of the Power Platform solutions, provide training and support to users, and stay updated with the latest features and best practices in the Power Platform ecosystem.

Skills and Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate should possess strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, as these are crucial for delivering first-class user experiences within the organization.

• They should have excellent communication and relationship-building abilities to effectively collaborate with business stakeholders and peers in the IT Engineering team.

• Technical skills are paramount, including proficiency in developing and maintaining PowerApps, automating workflows using PowerAutomate, and creating reports and dashboards with PowerBI.

• A solid understanding of control systems, programming, and scripting languages is necessary to design and implement efficient automated systems.

• The candidate should be able to work autonomously while contributing to team efforts and ensuring the security and compliance of Power Platform solutions.

• Understanding of Copilot Studio as an automated bot for AI driven solutions.

• A sound grasp of related Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and Teams

• Experience using code, eg; Powershell, Python, http, etc

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Able to identify opportunities for process automation.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven Experience: Demonstrable experience in solution design and delivery

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in developing and maintaining PowerApps, automating workflows using PowerAutomate, and creating reports and dashboards with PowerBI. A solid understanding of control systems, programming, and scripting languages is also necessary

• Copilot Studio: Familiarity with Copilot Studio for managing and optimizing AI-driven solutions, including the ability to control access to curated data and implement intelligent, adaptable copilots

• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are crucial for delivering first-class user experiences within the organization

• Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities to effectively collaborate with business
