Skills and requirements

Love talking to people and have a knack for understanding their needs.

Self motivated individual with a passion to please and deliver the best customer experience.

A confident and personable communicator both written and verbally.

Work effectively within a team and on your own.

IT literate, call centre experience would be an advantage.

Good english language wriitten and oral skills. other foreign langauges would be an advantage.

Knowledge of using eMaster or similar renewal software would be an advantage although not essential, as training will be provided.

Able to manage your own workload and prioritise accordingly

Motor trade background and interest in the cars would be an advantage.

Ideally based around Yorkshire to suit our hybrid working model, our office is based in the most prestigious area of the Leeds city centre.
We work with franchised main dealerships to increase their customer finance retention and loyalty, using our internal renewal software which helps us track their agreements and call them at the best opportunity
As a customer Renewal Advisor, you will be working with some of the UK’s biggest brands in the automotive industry, supporting them to achieve their retention ambitions.
You will represent several key clients, responsible for managing their customer portfolio and scheduling appointments.
You would need to pride yourself as being an extension of the dealerships team, so that the customer receives a seamless experience along their retention journey
The Role

No direct Sales required

Manage outbound and inbound calls to existing customers, (Via Email, Text, and Phone)

Hit daily weekly, monthly call targets agreed to achieve the optimum results

Scheduling appointments, articulate great email communications with our clients.

Client weekly/monthly teams meetings
-
Ensure all calls are 100% compliant in line with our minimum standards.

Contact clients regarding early settlement or end of term finance agreements

Discuss finance renewals of agreements for motor vehicles

Providing excellent customer service experience.

No cold calling
Within the Sales Renewal Team we work 9:00 - 5:30 Mon-Fri. Flexibility to work from home and our offices in the Leeds.
We’re offering a great basic salary plus uncapped commission, achievable targets, and no cold calling. We also guarantee your bonus for the first 2 months to help while you learn the role.
