Key responsibilities:

Delivery management:

• Collaborate with Business and Solution architects in the design of solutions to ensure that their delivery can be achieved as efficiently as possible.
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of the solution, ensuring it meets technical specifications, project timelines, and client expectations. Manage risk, scope, resources, and quality throughout the project lifecycle.

Stakeholder Communication:

• Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding solution design, implementation progress, and technical challenges.
• Ensure clear, consistent communication between project teams, clients, and leadership.
• Support the resolution of complex technical issues during implementation.

Solution Integration:

• Lead the integration of third-party systems, platforms, and technologies into the overall solution architecture.
• Ensure compatibility, scalability, and performance of integrated systems.

Continuous Improvement:

• Analyse and recommend improvements to existing processes, tools, and technologies to optimize delivery efficiency and quality.
• Continuously assess the performance of the deployed solution and suggest enhancements where necessary.

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure solutions meet established quality standards, including performance, security, and compliance.
• Work with QA teams to ensure thorough testing of delivered solutions.

Risk and Issue Management:

• Identify potential risks early in the project lifecycle and take proactive measures to mitigate or resolve them.
• Manage project issues, working with the team to find solutions and maintain delivery timelines.
