The 1st Line IT Service Engineer is the first point of contact for company employees who need technical assistance. Must be able to diagnose, resolve and document Level 1 and 2 incidents. Provide direct support for workstation and user account requests and incidents.

  • Always provide excellent customer service
  • Provide first-line technical support to internal employees, assisting them with PC, networking and hardware problems via phone, email, teams or onsite visits
  • Providing necessary technical training and advice to internal Employees and your Service Team
  • Manage the installation and configuration of workstations, as well as any other equipment under the responsibility of Corporate IT
  • Provide support for user account requests and incidents
  • Assist different groups across Keyloop
  • Ensure SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) are met
  • Taking ownership of end user problems, diagnosing technical issues and resolving them remotely or on-site
  • Monitoring, resolving and documenting all service calls via ticket logging in the IT Service Management system
  • Maintaining end user security on all systems
  • Escalating any issues to second line in a timely, efficient manner (providing all troubleshoot/ diagnostic steps already taken
