Purpose of role :
Provision of an excellent Finance service is critical to the achievement of the Business Service Centre. This role reports to the O2C Manager as part of the Asset& Billing team. You will be responsible for leading team of associates within the Asset& Billing team to ensure high quality management of Assets, billing and any questions or change requests around these.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Ensures the timely and accurate handling of Asset & Billing Management for the region
  • Drives timely resolution of open cases around Assets
  • Managing cases for up to 20% of your working time
  • Leads and develops the team (objective setting, evaluation, PIP, career planning/guidance, training, mentoring & coaching
  • Will ensure Process and Policy adherence for your region
  • Responsible for arranging training for employees on all Asset processes and procedures. Identifies and validates training opportunities and potential enhancements to processes
  • Manages relationships with stakeholders in Sales, Aftersales, Finance, Legal, Support
  • Accountability for the defined billing & reporting cycle plus ensures this is adhered to.
  • Ensuring all processes are compliant with SOX requirements at all times
  • Proactive approach to communication and cross function collaboration
  • Responsible for ensuring the production & analysis of accurate, timely monthly reports for management/business
  • Drives continuous improvements within the team / shared service center
  • Execute ad-hoc requests or duties as requested by your manager
  • Lives by the companies values in your daily behaviors and communications

Skills / Knowledge / Experience & Qualifications

  • Experience of dealing with customers at all levels
  • Analytical mindset
  • Advanced in Excel, MS word, and Outlook
  • A working knowledge of Sales Force, NetSuite and Navision is a plus
  • Ability to manage and prioritize workload.
  • Accounting knowledge a plus
  • Proficient in English language
