We are looking for a Junior Account Manager to lead and drive the successful adoption of our retention solutions across our customer base. This role will focus on maximizing user engagement, improving system utilisation, and measuring the impact of these initiatives.
Furthermore, the Junior Account Manager will support client relationshipand ensure customer satisfaction. This role involves assisting senior account managers, managing smaller accounts, handling customer enquiries, and identifying growth opportunities. The ideal candidate should be proactive, customer-focused, and eager to learn in a fast-paced sales environment.
Client Relationship Management:
- Assist in managing and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
- Act as a point of contact for customer queries, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Support account managers in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
Business Development:
- Identify potential sales opportunities within assigned accounts.
- Help generate leads and assist in converting them into new business.
- Work closely with senior team members to develop and execute sales strategies.
Account Support & Coordination:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and sales activities in CRM tools.
- Assist in preparing proposals, reports, and presentations for clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer support, finance) to ensure smooth account operations.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Track key account metrics such as customer retention levels.
- Gather feedback from clients to improve products/services and customer experience.
- Provide regular updates on account performance and opportunities.
Performance Tracking & Analytics:
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the system utilisation.
- Conduct regular assessments and user feedback sessions to measure adoption levels.
- Generate reports and insights to optimise the investment and improve adoption rates.
Training & User Enablement:
- Develop and oversee training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules for end users.
- Work with cross-functional teams to create user-friendly guides, FAQs, and self-service resources.
- Provide hands-on support to teams and key stakeholders to ensure seamless technology usage.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Familiarity with data analytics concepts such as KPIs, forecasting, and A/B testing.
- Knowledge of business intelligence tools and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to develop a career in account management.
- User or provider experience with Keyloop retention solutions, ideally within the Automotive Finance.
