We are looking for a Junior Account Manager - Channel Sales to develop and manage relationships with our Distribution Partners / Channel Partners. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing strategic support and ensuring Distribution Partner success through effective collaboration, open dialogue, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Distribution Partner / Channel Partner Relationship Management:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Distribution Partners / Channel Partners, ensuring high engagement and satisfaction.
  • Act as the point of contact for Distribution Partners / Channel Partners, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to assess Distribution Partners / Channel Partners performance and identify growth opportunities.

Training & Enablement:

  • Help to provide Distribution Partners / Channel Partners with product training, sales tools, and resources to enhance their selling capabilities.
  • Ensure Distribution Partners / Channel Partners are well-equipped to position and sell our products effectively.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

  • Track Distribution Partners / Channel Partners sales performance, analyze key metrics, and report insights to internal stakeholders.

Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support:

  • Work with product teams to relay Distribution Partners / Channel Sales Partner feedback and improve offerings.
  • Assist in resolving any operational, logistical, or deployment challenges faced by Distribution Partners.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience in account management, channel sales, or Distribution Partners.
  • Excellent communication, resourcefulness, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to analyse sales data and derive actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce would be an advantage.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
