Provision of an excellent Finance service is critical to the achievements of the Finance team in Keyloop. This role is part of central Group reporting team. You will be responsible for delivering month-end financial information, month-end closing process and balance sheet reconciliations in compliance with local legislation, IFRS and Internal Controls.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
• Prepare and post recurring and ad hoc journal entries to ensure accurate accounting records
• Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations
• Manage local GAAP and IFRS adjustments
• Oversee day-to-day processing of financial transactions
• Maintain and enhance internal controls, including participation in internal reviews, self-assessments, and external audits
• Support monthly reporting processes and statutory year-end close
• Independently coordinate and communicate with internal stakeholders and external parties
• Ensure compliance with statutory reporting and filing requirements
• Identify, investigate, and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Drive process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency
Perform and coordinate month-end close activities, including accruals, prepayments, and review of financial results
Skills / Knowledge
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures; familiarity with IFRS is preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Working knowledge of ERP systems such as Navision, NetSuite, or similar platforms
• Strong ability to manage and prioritize workload effectively to meet tight deadlines
• Solid experience across Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Cash & Bank processes
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Working knowledge of ERP systems such as Navision, NetSuite, or similar platforms
• Strong ability to manage and prioritize workload effectively to meet tight deadlines
• Solid experience across Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Cash & Bank processes
