As a Technical Consultant at Keyloop, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between our customers, partners and internal teams by installing API solutions, configuring DMSs, providing technical support and guidance.
You will own installation projects, diagnose and resolve problems while working with various stakeholders and support partner solutions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Technical Expertise:
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for API integration activations, you work independently to deliver the backlog of installations. You can analyse and solve technical challenges and keeping the documentation up to date.
Problem Ownership and Resolution:
- Own and progress technical problems through to resolution, utilizing available resources and expanding your knowledge base. Provide root cause analysis for issues and contribute to problem reduction initiatives. Respond to customer needs, understanding their operational pressures and deadlines.
Collaboration and Cross-Functional Alignment:
- Work closely with Partner Account Managers, Product, Engineering and other internal business units to ensure alignment and effective communication. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders from both technical and non-technical backgrounds.
Documentation and Process Management:
- Document solutions, produce written guidance on resolution steps and maintain updated technical guides. Use tools like Salesforce to track project progress and maintain records in line with internal processes.
Continuous Learning and Development:
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn new technologies and enhance technical skills, particularly in API architecture and usage. Participate in internal training and knowledge-sharing sessions to stay updated on the latest technologies and industry trends.
Knowledge and Experience:
- Global experience; able to operate successfully in multi-cultural environment.
- 3+ years of work experience in software/technology companies.
- Project Management skills.
- Good understanding of integrations/software features.
- Commercial & Account bias.
- Proficiency in Postman, Salesforce, Jira, and Confluence.
- Understanding of processes and frameworks in a technology / software environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills both in English.
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with diverse audiences.
- Self-starter comfortable to manage multiple projects.
- Experience with API/integrations platforms and a willingness to learn API architecture and integration.
