Purpose of Role
The Senior Human Resources Coordinator is part of the global HR function working closely with and reporting into the Functional Senior HRBP, the role holder will provide HR administrative support in line with the functional strategy and supporting the central HR processes. The role holder will also be the first point of contact for people managers and will interact on a daily basis with various stakeholders advising and supporting in the functional HR activity.
Proactive and passionate in providing a timely and efficient HR support to our manager population, the role holder will be a key point of contact in providing guidance around HR policy and process, administrative support to other HR teams and answering general HR queries. Always looking for ways to ensure the service provided exceeds the expectation of our team.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Supports the SHRBP in the implementation of the global HR strategy and of change management projects.
  • Supporting the HR department in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience in line with the functional needs
  • Acts as first point of contact providing high-quality functional support to management and participates in regular meetings with respective business units.
  • Works closely with HR Managers to ensure that the function are receiving HR guidance when appropriate. Also, to provide feedback on a regular basis of all employee relations, employment law and trade union relations and complex change projects to HRBP.
  • Provides data and reports for the business units assigned and other HR functions.
  • Collects training needs for business units and individual coaching needs, working closely with the centres of excellence.
  • Review and provide data from our employee engagement survey and support with the implementation of initiatives to drive engagement
  • Administrative tasks for the function including but not limited to recruitment support, success factors processing etc.
  • Responsible for ensuring data integrity in the systems and supporting HR processes
  • Any and all other duties, as assigned

Skills / Knowledge & Experience

  • Successful experience in a similar role
  • Solid problem-solving abilities and can-do attitude
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and act with discretion
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task within a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in the MS Office suite of applications. Strength in Excel, Word, and experience working with SAP/SuccessFactors is a plus
  • Ability to quickly connect with people across different countries and culture.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handling multiple activities at the same time.
  • A positive ‘can-do’ attitude, driven by continuous improvement and a desire to generate creative ideas and follow them through.
  • Ability to collate, analyze and interpret people data.
  • Some travel may be requested
