As an Application QA with a Salesforce emphasis, you will be the part of the quality assurance delivery across our applications, many of which integrate deeply with Salesforce. You will drive modern testing practices (manual and automated) and mentor others, while focusing on Salesforce platform releases, customization validations, and end-to-end quality assurance across systems.
Key Responsibilities
- QA delivery on projects involving Salesforce CRM, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom Salesforce apps
- Conduct and guide non-functional testing (performance, load/stress, and security) especially for Salesforce-integrated systems
- Drive and evangelize Salesforce test automation using tools like Provar, Selenium, TestComplete, or TOSCA
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Salesforce developers and administrators, to define test strategies and ensure proper test coverage
- Validation of Salesforce custom objects, flows, Apex code, integrations, and third-party apps
- Provide coaching to junior QA engineers, especially in Salesforce-specific testing techniques
- Coordinate UAT, regression testing, and production readiness for Salesforce platform releases and updates
- Integrating QA processes into CI/CD pipelines with Salesforce DX, Git, and Azure DevOps or Jenkins
- Contribute to the evolution of the QA automation framework and introduce innovations specific to Salesforce testing
- Perform test coverage analysis ,bug triage and defect resolution sessions
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide consistent, transparent QA status reporting
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in QA for Salesforce applications or CRM platforms
- Knowledge of Salesforce architecture and familiarity with API testing, SOQL/SOSL, and data validation within Salesforce
- Strong automation experience, preferably in Salesforce-specific test tools (e.g., Provar, Selenium, Copado Robotic Testing)
- Able to adapt to various automation technologies and coach others in their application
- Experience in coordinating with global teams and aligning across geographies and time zones
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Exceptional troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and creative problem-solving skills
- Proactive in identifying process improvements and driving adoption across the team
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
