We are seeking a highly experienced and internationally-minded Customer Loyalty Manager to lead and optimize our customer retention strategy across our automotive dealership network.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the automotive sector, with deep expertise in trade cycle management, finance renewal processes, and customer loyalty software. This role requires strategic thinking, exceptional leadership capabilities, and the ability to drive results across multiple brands and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive customer loyalty and retention strategies across key automotive brands.
- Manage and mentor a team of customer loyalty specialists across multiple dealerships.
- Monitor key performance indicators such as appointment setting, kept appointments, and sales conversion rates to drive continuous improvement.
- Oversee the use and optimization of renewal and CRM software.
- Coaching and mentoring onprograms in trade cycle management and customer renewal for sales and aftersales teams.
- Coach and mentor on loyalty initiatives at central and dealer level.
- Translate client and business requirements into customer-focused solutions that enhance retention and brand loyalty.
- Ensure the achievement of customer satisfaction and business performance targets.
What we are looking for in you:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the automotive industry with a focus on customer loyalty, sales, and training.
- Strong leadership background with experience in managing high-performing dealership teams.
- Demonstrated success in the delivery and rollout of customer retention programs across multiple brands.
- In-depth knowledge of trade cycle management processes and tools.
- Proven ability to translate complex client needs into practical training and system solutions.
- Advanced skills in communication, coaching, performance management, and strategic operations.
- Comfortable to attend face-to-face in dealer sessions and deliver coaching and training to achieve required results.
- Experienced working across international markets and culturally diverse environments.
- Strong IT proficiency including Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams, Power BI.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (essential); additional languages are a plus.
