As a Key Account Manager at Keyloop, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our most strategic customers across the France and Portugal region. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, uncovering business opportunities, driving product adoption, and delivering commercial success for both Keyloop and our partners.
You will lead the OEM automotive sales to build and deliver sales QCS€ to the company's operating plan.
Additionally, the Key Account Manager will work to ensure OEM Prospect and Customer satisfaction at all stages of the customer lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage a portfolio of high-value automotive clients (OEMs and dealer groups).
  • Build long-term relationships by understanding customer goals and aligning Keyloop’s solutions to drive business outcomes.
  • Develop strategic account plans to increase revenue, product adoption, and client satisfaction.
  • Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Technical teams to deliver exceptional client value.
  • Analyze usage, feedback, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and risk factors.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting in CRM (e.g. Salesforce).

Requirements:

  • Proven record of success in managing both in-house and field sales personnel.
  • A minimum of 5 years of Sales experience gained in a Technology Solutions sales environment.
  • A demonstrable track record in selling a technology solution where the ROI has been based on business process change/optimisation.
  • Able to demonstrate the ability to build strong partnerships with Marketing to maximise the effectiveness of marketing and sales resources.
  • Exposure to a wide variety of OEMs from small importers to multi-national complex organisations.
  • Fluent in French & Portuguese with a business level in English.
