About the role:
The Enterprise Account Executive (EAE) is responsible for orchestrating sales engagements with Keyloop’s largest and most strategic clients. The EAE will build comprehensive account plans, define customer objectives, financial outlooks, and stakeholder maps, and align internal teams to execute against joint strategies. By leading long-term commercial development and acting as a trusted strategic advisor, the EAE will ensure sustainable growth and partnership success.
The role demands excellence in opportunity generation, account governance, relationship management, proposal delivery, negotiating commercial terms, and securing win-win outcomes for both client and company. The EAE will also identify and acquire new enterprise customers, collaborating across global partner networks and leveraging account-based marketing initiatives to expand Keyloop’s footprint.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Establish a clear vision and long-term strategic plan for accounts within the assigned territory.
- Consistently achieve Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) targets to drive double-digit year-on-year growth.
- Develop and execute consultative, solution-based sales strategies to build a pipeline, progress opportunities, and deliver predictable bookings.
- Land, adopt, expand, and deepen key enterprise accounts to unlock full growth potential.
- Assimilates a good understanding of Keyloop products and services, utilizing and leveraging internal product expertise with clients
- Build and maintain multi-level, cross-functional customer relationships across complex organizational structures.
- Lead and coordinate complex enterprise deals involving multiple stakeholders and business units.
- Collaborate internally to leverage cross-functional resources, align on strategies, and provide insight back into product, marketing, and customer success teams.
- Represent and position Keyloop effectively on both functional and business value levels during client interactions, presentations, and demonstrations.
- Act as a trusted ambassador for Keyloop at executive briefings, sales meetings, and industry events.
- Develops a broad understanding of the clients business and breadth of understanding of current IT provision, linking these to Keyloop solutions.
Knowledge and Experience:
- Proven track record (5+ years) in enterprise or strategic account sales, preferably in SaaS, technology, or digital transformation environments.
- Demonstrated success in achieving ARR targets and managing end-to-end sales cycles.
- Able to demonstrate a professional, structured sales approach incorporating Prospecting, Contact Management, Qualification, Presentation, Objection Handling, and Closing Techniques
- Deep understanding of solution and consultative selling principles.
- Experience building C-suite trusted advisor relationships and stakeholder alignment across client organisations.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand client business models, industry trends, and financial objectives.
- Successful history of building long-term account plans and expansion strategies.
- Experience working in cross-functional global teams and collaborative selling environments.
- Highly computer literate and familiar with CRM systems.
- Well-developed commercial and financial acumen.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese.
