We use data to help clients become more efficient, increase profitability and give more customers an amazing experience. Want to be part of it?
We’re looking for a highly skilled analyst to support the Kilimanjaro programme, specifically focused on mapping legacy SKUs to our new product index and ensuring all pricing logic is clean, consistent, and audit-ready. Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a master pricing mapping file that becomes the single source of truth.
  • Pricing Alignment & Validation
  • Align all old and new pricing, including list price, discount rules, product tiers, and NRR logic.
  • Build pricing checks that flag deviations from defined guardrails.
  • Identify anomalies or inconsistent pricing and escalate where needed.
  • Support the development of new rate cards and pricing frameworks.
  • Data Analysis & Quality Assurance
  • Clean, normalise, and structure large volumes of messy legacy data.
  • Build automated quality control checks to validate completeness and accuracy.
  • Create dashboards, summaries, and reconciliation bridges to show progress and highlight issues.
  • Product Index Support
  • Work with Product, Pricing, Finance, and Rev Ops to ensure SKU and pricing rules are correctly translated into the Kilimanjaro systems.
  • Document assumptions, decisions, and dependencies for handover into design and implementation teams.
  • Support testing prior to go-live by validating pricing scenarios and SKU behaviour.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Product to clarify SKU attributes and dependencies.
  • Work with Finance to ensure pricing outputs flow correctly into revenue and forecasting.
  • Provide structured updates and insights to the Kilimanjaro project team.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Technical
  • Advanced Excel skills – dynamic arrays, MATCH/XMATCH, INDEX, LOOKUPs, Power Query, pivoting, data cleansing, conditional logic.
  • Strong data manipulation and reconciliation skills.
  • Experience working with large product catalogues or complex SKU structures.
  • Ability to build exception reporting and deviation flags within Excel.
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ and NetSuite is ideal, especially for understanding how SKUs, pricing rules, and product metadata flow through commercial and billing systems.
  • Pricing & Commercial
  • Experience in pricing, commercial operations, product operations, or commercial finance.
  • Understanding of SaaS pricing principles, ARR/NRR, discounting logic, and product bundling.
  • Prior involvement in pricing migrations, SKU rationalisation, or commercial model redesign is a strong advantage.
  • Project & Behavioural
  • Able to work independently in a fast-moving transformation environment.
  • Comfortable handling ambiguity and piecing together incomplete information.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a high attention to detail.
  • Clear written and verbal communication, capable of translating technical pricing logic to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working alongside Product, Finance, or Rev Ops teams in a B2B software environment is ideal.
