As an Implementation Consultant, you guide our clients through the complete implementation process of our solutions. You analyse business needs, configure systems, provide training, and ensure a smooth go‑live. Thanks to your insight, communication skills, and strong accounting knowledge, you help clients optimise their processes and get the most value out of our solutions.
Your Responsibilities
- Conduct needed analyses and translate requirements into functional and technical solutions.
- Configure, test, and implement our software at client sites.
- Advise clients on process improvement and best practices.
- Deliver workshops and training sessions for key users and end users.
- Document configurations, processes, and deliverables.
- Collaborate closely with development, support, and project management teams.
- Provide assistance with incident resolution and change requests.
Skills
- fluent in Dutch and French and can professionally support customers in both languages.
- strong knowledge of accounting, such as financial processes, VAT, and analytical accounting.
- Experience as an implementation consultant, key user, functional analyst, or similar role.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Technically minded and eager to learn new tools and systems.
- Customer‑oriented, structured, and able to work autonomously.
