Purpose of role
Provision of an excellent Finance service is critical to the success of the Business Service Centre. In this role, you will support the CBM team in maintaining high-quality delivery of our end-to-end services, ensuring they align with established policies, procedures, and customer expectations. You will contribute to continuous improvement efforts, help uphold process standards, and play an active part in ensuring a consistent and reliable service experience for both internal and external customers.
Key Duties & Responsibilities :
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Contracts and Billing processes across Keyloop, providing guidance and support to stakeholders
- Contribute to the collection and clarification of IT requirements related to Contracts and Billing processes, ensuring specifications are well-defined and aligned with business needs
- Support the testing of system developments and enhancements, collaborating closely with the Contracts & Billing teams and IT partners
- Act as a key point of contact between the Contracts & Billing Management (CBM) team and IT teams to help facilitate smooth delivery of system changes
- Promote best practices within the process area and support adherence to established methodologies
- Assist in driving continuous improvement initiatives within the CBM team by identifying opportunities for process optimization
- Support the creation, maintenance, and improvement of high-quality process documentation and internal control frameworks
- Contribute to projects or enhancements related to Contracts and Invoicing processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain training materials for Contracts and Billing processes, and support training delivery across the organization.
- Participate in the design and ongoing improvement of training content, helping to establish mechanisms to monitor and optimize processes during change initiatives.
- Ensure processes are designed and executed with strong internal controls and compliance in mind.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration across teams to support alignment and operational efficiency.
- Demonstrate and uphold Keyloop values in daily work and interactions.
Skills / Knowledge / Experience & Qualifications
- Strong MS365 skills (Excel, Word, OneNote, Outlook)
- Working knowledge of NetSuite and Salesforce
- Ability to manage and prioritize workload effectively
- Industry experience in financial services is an advantage
- Proficiency in English is required for this role
