Purpose of role
Provision of an excellent Finance service is critical to the achievement of the Business Service Centre. This role will initially report to VP Finance and then transition to reporting to the Contracts and Billing (CBM) Manager. You will be responsible for leading & driving quality within the CBM team to ensure the successful delivery of our E2E services as defined in our policies and procedures to both our internal and external customers.
Key Duties & Responsibilities :
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Contracts and Billing processes across Keyloop.
- Lead the collection of IT requirements related to Contracts and Billing processes, define specifications, and oversee testing of developments in collaboration with the Global Process Owner (GPO) team under your leadership.
- Act as the primary liaison between the Contracts & Billing Management (CBM) business team and IT teams to facilitate seamless delivery of system requirements.
- Promote and enforce best practices within the GPO team, ensuring adherence to established methodologies.
- Drive continuous improvements within the CBM Team
- Ensure the creation and maintenance of high-quality process documentation and a robust internal control framework.
- Identify and lead projects or enhancements related to Contracts and Invoicing processes.
- Develop comprehensive training materials for Contracts and Billing processes, and validate training needs across the organization.
- Design and continuously improve training content, while establishing mechanisms to monitor and optimize processes during change initiatives.
- Ensure that all processes are designed with strong internal controls and compliance standards.
- Foster proactive communication and collaboration across functions to ensure alignment and efficiency.
- Demonstrate and uphold Keyloop values in all interactions and daily activities.
Skills / Knowledge / Experience & Qualifications
- NetSuite and Salesforce knowledge required
- Ability to manage and prioritise workload.
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Proven team management role in finance
- Industry experience in financial services is an adventure.
- Proficient in English language
