Our flagship product, AIME, is not a chatbot. It is a Digital Sales Layer that builds complete deals 24/7 handling vehicle discovery, finance, part exchange, reservations and customer engagement in one seamless conversational experience.
We work with independent dealerships, dealer groups and major automotive platforms across the UK. We are scaling rapidly and looking for a high performance Business Development Manager to accelerate dealership acquisition.
The Role
This is not an account management role, this is a hunter role.
You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, pitching and closing UK automotive dealerships and dealer groups onto the MotorTech AI platform.
You must be commercially aggressive, highly target focused and comfortable operating in a fast growth tech environment.
You will own your region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and approach independent dealerships and dealer groups
  • Book and deliver high impact product demonstrations in person and virtual
  • Convert trial dealerships into paying clients
  • Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to signed agreement
  • Work closely with Head of Sales and leadership on strategy
  • Provide real market feedback to influence product positioning
  • Attend automotive trade events where required
  • Maintain disciplined CRM reporting and pipeline management
  • Consistently exceed monthly and quarterly targets

Essential Experience

  • Minimum 2 years experience in Automotive SaaS sales, or, Automotive retail sales dealer facing B2B preferred
  • Strong understanding of dealership operations including sales, finance, leads and KPIs
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets
  • Experience selling digital, SaaS or technology solutions preferred
  • Comfortable speaking with Dealer Principals, General Managers and Group Directors
