The Project Manager is responsible for delivering customer‑facing software projects across the UK&I region, ensuring outcomes are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards. This role plays a key part in driving customer satisfaction and enabling successful deployment of our solutions. This role demands timely and effective communications with customers, project sponsors, internal stakeholders and technical specialists across multiple concurrent projects.
The Project Manager is well organised, articulate, detail-orientated and commercially aware, with an understanding of business operations, and able to lead and delegate effectively. You take pride and responsibility and have the drive to make things happen to get the job done.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal delivery teams to ensure alignment, transparency, and collaborative project execution.
- Supporting project definition during the sales process (Discovery workshops, expectation setting etc.) and help define the final SOW, project quotations and related contracts on large/complex projects or on projects involving more than one region.
- Defining or reviewing the scope, milestones, impact, resource requirements and outcomes of the project, and gain customer agreement.
- Create and maintain delivery plans that accurately reflect timelines, risks, and resources, enabling predictable and successful project outcomes.
- Assigning work, sharing information around projects, delegating responsibilities, leading and supporting the project team.
- Forecasting, reviewing and managing billing milestones based on defined and agreed deliverables.
- Regularly reviewing project scope, deliverables, costs, performance and business benefits to keep the projects on track.
- Communicating project progress and outcomes to the delivery team, the project sponsor, the project board, and the customer.
- Dealing with emerging risks and issues promptly and professionally, escalating where necessary.
- Prepare options available or involve the right people to resolve critical issues.
- Using appropriate standards, systems, resources, tools and techniques in all project management activities.
- Maintaining and controlling project documentation and systems during, and on completion of the project.
- Timely closure of projects to enable revenue recognition, and to review lessons learned.

- Project schedules, deadlines, budgets, billing milestones and deliverables are achieved.
- Positive engagement of stakeholders as demonstrated by review meetings and feedback received.
- Positive feedback from project stakeholders and teams from project audit activities.
- Personal Development Plan in place and demonstrable continuous improvement against this plan.
Skills / Knowledge & Experience
- Must Have:
- Minimum 5 years project management experience delivering software.
- Experience with recognised PM methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, PMI).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
- Confidence managing senior stakeholders and influencing customer expectations.
- Demonstrable high-level communication, facilitation and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly develop effective working relationships with internal and external project teams.
- Experience of working with Project management tools and platforms (MS Projects, Teamwork, MS Office).
- Fluent in English.
- Nice to Have:
- Certification (PRINCE2, PMP).
- Experience in SaaS/Professional Services environments.
- Knowledge of financial processes (billing milestones, forecasting etc.).
- Demonstrable experience of commercial decision making.
- Familiarity with contract structures, SOWs, and commercial frameworks.
