Velocity Sales Manager

Purpose of the role
We’re looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead one of our Velocity Sales teams and drive consistent revenue growth. You will lead and develop a team of Sales Executives, building a positive, high-performance culture where hitting targets is the standard.
You remove obstacles, maintain momentum, and ensure nothing stands in the way of your team achieving results. You are comfortable using AI and know how to build a team that uses AI as a natural part of how they prospect, qualify and build opportunities, forecast, and close deals.
You will own the team ARR quota and report to the Head of Global Velocity Sales to translate global strategy into strong regional outcomes while championing Keyloop’s platform vision.
Key duties and responsibilities
Team Leadership & Performance
- Lead and coach a multicultural team of quota-carrying Velocity Sales Executives.
- Set clear individual and team performance expectations; conduct regular 1:1s, pipeline reviews and coaching sessions.
- Foster a high-accountability, learning-oriented culture aligned with Keyloop's values and sales methodology.
- Identify skill gaps and work with Sales Enablement to design targeted development plans for team members.
- Act as an escalation point for complex deals, lending coaching and strategic support to close high-value opportunities
Revenue & Territory Ownership
- Own the Velocity team ARR quota, delivering consistent monthly and quarterly attainment.
- Build and maintain a robust regional territory plan, ensuring equitable coverage and maximum revenue potential.
- Monitor team pipeline health, forecast accuracy and conversion rates, and intervening proactively where needed.
- Identify whitespace opportunities and work with the team to develop strategies that unlock new revenue streams.
Sales Excellence & Process
- Champion rigorous adoption of the internal sales methodology (qualification, discovery, value articulation, ROI, close) across the team.
- Drive consistent use of Salesforce, SalesLoft, Seismic and BI tools to ensure pipeline hygiene and operational visibility.
- Lead the team through structured QBR cycles, presenting regional performance and strategic outlook to senior leadership.
- Continuously refine playbooks and best practices, translating wins and losses into replicable frameworks.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, Product and Professional Services to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Serve as the voice of the customer internally, aggregating field insights and translating them into product and strategy feedback.
- Collaborate with the global Velocity leadership team to align on priorities, share best practices and scale winning approaches.
Customer Engagement
- Maintain strong customer relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Personally support key opportunities, ensuring outcomes that are both customer-centric and for Keyloop.
- Advocate our platform strategy clearly and compellingly level within our customers.
Key Results Indicators & Measures of Success
- Consistent achievement of monthly team ARR targets.
- Team pipeline coverage ratio always maintained at or above targets.
- Individual rep quota attainment rates reflecting a high-performance team distribution.
- Forecast accuracy within agreed variance thresholds on a monthly basis.
- High team retention and engagement scores, with measurable improvement in ramp time for new hires.
- Ensure activity levels for the team on weekly basis.
- QBR delivery that demonstrates strategic clarity, performance transparency and a credible growth plan.
Skills & Knowledge
- Proven ability to lead, inspire and develop a commercial sales team in a fast-paced, target-driven and dynamic environment.
- Deep understanding of the full SaaS sales cycle and the ability to coach reps across every stage.
- Exceptional forecasting discipline and pipeline management skills; comfortable working with data to drive decisions.
- Strong commercial acumen, able to balance customer value delivery with profitable outcomes for Keyloop.
- Outstanding communication and presence, with the ability to influence both internally and externally.
- Highly organised, adaptable and energised by a high-velocity, high-activity environment.
- Collaborative leader who builds bridges across functions and creates alignment without authority.
Requirements
- Based in Spain, with full fluency in English (written and spoken) + another European language.
- Experience applying AI tools in sales (it´s a must) - this capability will be assessed during the hiring process.
- 5+ years of sales experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a sales leadership or team lead role within native SaaS or technology-led solutions.
- Demonstrable track record of team quota attainment and coaching reps to individual targets.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and revenue tooling (Salesforce, SalesLoft, Outreach or equivalent).
- Comfortable presenting to senior internal and external stakeholders, including QBR delivery.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a solutions-oriented, positive approach and attitude to change.
- Experience within the automotive or mobility sector is a strong advantage.
