About the role
What you will be doing
- Setting up users, assigning courses and keeping learning journeys running smoothly
- Keeping courses, catalogues and learning content tidy, accurate and easy to find
- Being a friendly first point of contact for queries and troubleshooting, for both customers and Keyloop colleagues
- Helping coordinate and schedule training activity, working closely with Trainers and Project Managers
- Supporting onboarding and getting new users up and running
- Pulling together learner reports and helping make sense of the numbers
- Keeping our data accurate and compliant

- Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail
- Confident communicator who enjoys helping people
- Comfortable with Excel and basic reporting
- Fluent spoken and written English
- A proactive, can-do approach and a genuine appetite to learn
Nice to have (but not essential)
- Any experience with an LMS platform (e.g. Docebo) or learning content
- Experience in a coordination, scheduling or customer support role
- A second language (Spanish, German, Norwegian or Danish) is a real plus
