Purpose of the Role
To act as a source of expertise internally and for Keyloop customers in the respective region. Develop, evolve, and retain knowledge to address delivery requirements across products such as DMS, Manufacturer Systems (MS), Country Specifics (CS), layered applications, acquired products, and partner applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure project activities are delivered within quality, time, and legal frameworks.
- Engage with customers remotely and onsite.
- Perform discovery, documentation, configuration, training, and post go-live support.
- Contribute to product reviews and knowledge development.
