Team Lead - PS Delivery
We are looking for an experienced and people-focused Team Lead - PS Delivery to lead a team of consultants and drive high-quality delivery across customer and internal initiatives. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys developing people, improving delivery performance, and staying close enough to the work to provide hands-on support when needed. The role is designed around a clear balance of 70% people leadership and delivery oversight, and 30% individual contribution through selected consulting, escalation support, and key project involvement.
What You'll Do
As Team Lead - PS Delivery, you will play a central role in developing consultants, strengthening delivery standards, and ensuring the team consistently meets quality, customer, and business expectations.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of consultants to deliver high-quality outcomes across professional services engagements.
- Set clear priorities, manage team performance, and create an environment of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee workload planning, utilization, delivery quality, and operational performance across the team.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customer-facing teams to support successful delivery.
- Identify delivery risks, capability gaps, and process improvement opportunities, and take action to address them.
- Contribute directly to selected projects, complex customer requirements, or escalation support where your expertise adds value.

- Proven experience leading or managing consultants, service delivery teams, or similar professional services roles.
- Strong people leadership skills, including coaching, performance management, engagement, and development.
- A solid understanding of delivery operations, utilization, service quality, and customer-focused execution.
- The ability to balance multiple priorities, make sound decisions, and drive results through others.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work across teams and levels.
- Experience using data, reporting, and operational insight to improve delivery performance.
- Relevant experience in professional services, delivery operations, consulting, or customer-facing service environments.
You will likely be a strong fit if you have:
Qualifications
- An engineering degree, postgraduate qualification, or equivalent professional experience.
- 10+ years of overall professional experience, including at least 3+ years in people management or team leadership roles.
- Working knowledge of coding, along with exposure to customer delivery, implementation, service operations, or process improvement environments.
