Role Overview
We’re looking for a Customer Support Associate to provide day-to-day support to our customers and ensure they have a smooth experience using our products.
This is an entry-level role, ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and building strong relationships.
What you’ll do
- Act as a first point of contact for customer queries and support requests
- Help customers resolve basic product or usage issues
- Guide customers on how to use our systems effectively
- Escalate more complex issues to the relevant teams
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Deliver a friendly, professional, and timely service
What we’re looking for
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A helpful, patient, and positive attitude
- Good problem-solving ability
- Organised and able to manage multiple requests
- Comfortable using technology (training provided)

- UAE National (Emirati) – mandatory
