Role Overview

We’re looking for a Customer Support Associate to provide day-to-day support to our customers and ensure they have a smooth experience using our products.

This is an entry-level role, ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and building strong relationships.

What you’ll do

  • Act as a first point of contact for customer queries and support requests
  • Help customers resolve basic product or usage issues
  • Guide customers on how to use our systems effectively
  • Escalate more complex issues to the relevant teams
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Deliver a friendly, professional, and timely service

What we’re looking for

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • A helpful, patient, and positive attitude
  • Good problem-solving ability
  • Organised and able to manage multiple requests
  • Comfortable using technology (training provided)

Qualifications

  • UAE National (Emirati) – mandatory
