| Job Title: Commercial Contract Attorney Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Commercial Contract Attorney to support and accelerate our commercial contracting function. This role is responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of sales-related agreements specific to healthcare technology and RCM solutions. The attorney will be a strategic partner to Sales, Finance, Compliance, and Operations, ensuring all agreements balance legal risk with business objectives while maintaining compliance with healthcare and data privacy regulations. This role is ideal for an attorney who thrives at the intersection of software delivery, revenue cycle operations, and SaaS technology. As a key advisor to Sales leadership, you will shape strategic deals that support revenue goals, accelerate contracting efficiency, and protect the organization within a complex regulatory landscape. Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school; active license to practice law in the U.S. Experience: 5+ years of experience Supervision: N/A Certifications: N/A Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from a variety of both internal and external sources.
