| Job Title: Omnichannel Implementation Support Specialist Job Summary: The OmniChannel Implementation and Support Specialist is responsible for technical implementation and support of Digital First, OmniBrain or other Digital solutions. This position will support the OmniChannel Solution Architect, who is the key technical SME to the customer and RevSpring team. The OmniChannel Implementation and Support Specialist will provide guidance for the solution design/setup that will ensure technical integrity and meeting customers’ requirements. OmniChannel solutions span virtually all RevSpring platforms, including print, digital delivery, and various payment portals, as well as third party solutions. It is expected that this role will have an understanding of the capabilities of various platforms and seek understanding of how the various platforms can/will integrate to meet key client requirements. The position requires close coordination with various technical teams to seek understanding of the platforms. This role will lead and support implementations assigned by the OmniChannel Solution architect, and also support the OmniChannel team in reviewing reports, responding to customer questions, and troubleshooting issues. This role that requires technical curiosity, problem solving, creativity and client communication skills. Essential Functions:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Computer Science or Engineering Experience: 2+ years in implementation or technical support roles within Healthcare IT, Business Process Consulting, Implementation, Business Analyst or Solution Engineering Supervision: N/A Certifications: N/A Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from a variety of both internal and external sources.
