Job Title: Solution Consultant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Solution Consultant who will be responsible for driving and managing the solution evaluation stage of the sales process. As the key technical advisor and solution advocate, you will work collaboratively with the sales team to secure the "technical win" in complex sales opportunities.
Essential Functions:
  • Develop a deep understanding of our patient engagement and payment solutions to provide expert technical knowledge and product demonstrations to current and potential customers.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to proactively scope the technical solution required to address customer requirements.
  • Articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users.
  • Coordinate with sales, product, and analytics resources to align solution design with customers' business requirements.
  • Provide training and coaching to enhance the product knowledge, technical acumen, and technical sales discovery skills of the sales team(s).
  • Participate in sales calls and guide clients and advise prospects on how to best deploy the technology and services.
  • Assist team members in responding effectively to RFPs/ RFIs.
  • Collaborate with product marketing on positioning and value creation.
  • Collaborate with our analytics teams to understand payment trending and usage trending.
  • Attain quarterly and annual objectives assigned by management.
Minimum Requirements:
Specific Job Skills:
  • Possess an analytical mind that can dig into client and technical requirements.
  • Technical understanding to articulate the workings of our engagement and payment applications that can be conveyed to internal teams, prospects, and customers.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, including the ability to assess problems and communicate solutions.
  • Ability to work as part of a team to diagnose business problems in complex selling environments.
  • Solid oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to travel to tradeshows and in-person client meetings.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational/prioritization skills and ability to multi-task with close attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Education: BA or BS Degree
Experience: 5-10 years of relevant work experience. Experience working in SaaS healthcare revenue cycle management, patient engagement, and/or payment technology is a plus.

Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from a variety of both internal and external sources.
