Job Title: Sales Enablement & Training Manager
Job Summary
The Sales Enablement Manager is a strategic role dedicated to equipping the commercial teams with the necessary knowledge, content, and tools to sell effectively across every stage of the customer journey. Your mission is to drive measurable revenue growth by ensuring consistency across sales segments and accelerating the technical and commercial proficiency of our sales organization. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of sales processes, healthcare industry, strong training skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training & Onboarding: Design, implement, and manage a world-class onboarding program for new commercial hires to significantly reduce ramp-up time to full productivity.
  • Continuous Education: Develop and deliver ongoing training programs, including workshops and certification programs, focused on product knowledge, sales skills (prospecting, negotiation), and sales methodology.
  • LMS Management: Oversee the implementation and day-to-day management of the Learning Management System (Absorb) for use across commercial teams.
  • Content & Collateral Strategy: Partner with Product and Product Marketing to ensure the sales team has the right high-impact assets—such as product data sheets, interactive demos, and release/launch kits—at the right time.
  • Sales Process & Playbooks: Define and standardize the SaaS sales cycle steps and maintain comprehensive sales playbooks that include talk tracks, objection handling, and persona-based strategies.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Act as a bridge between Sales Engineering, Product, and Sales Leadership to align enablement content with technical demos and field-level feedback.
  • Performance Optimization: Identify performance gaps and skill deficiencies through close partnership with Sales Leadership to implement targeted coaching and resources.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience: Proven experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or a similar commercial role, ideally within a healthcare technology or SaaS environment.
  • Training Proficiency: Expertise in designing curriculum for both initial onboarding and ongoing technical/sales training.
  • Tooling Expertise: Experience managing sales technology stacks, including, LMS platforms and meeting recorder/AI note-taking tools.
  • Communication & Presentation: Ability to work with executive leadership and cross-functionally effectively and in a timely manner.
  • Strategic Feedback Loops: Skilled at gathering technical objections from the field (e.g., from Sales Engineers) and translating them into real-time training materials.
  • Video Skills: skilled at creating, editing and managing video content.

  • Velocity: Align enablement content with technical demos to create a seamless transition from discovery calls to project kickoffs.
  • Consistency: Maintain a unified value message across all sales segments and business units.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from a variety of both internal and external sources.
