| Job Title: Experience Studio – Project Manager Job Summary: We're looking for a client-facing Project Manager to lead digital experience implementations and managed services engagements within our Experience Studio. You'll own delivery for enterprise health system clients across web development, CMS migrations, and ongoing technical/design services; balancing stakeholder communication, cross-functional coordination, and hands-on sprint execution. This is a contract-to-permanent role (3-month evaluation period) reporting to the VP of Product & Data Operations. You'll work with a lean, multidisciplinary team (developers, designers, content strategists) and manage a mix of projects and ongoing support relationships. Client satisfaction and delivery excellence are the primary success measures. Essential Functions: Lead client delivery across multiple concurrent engagements, including:

Experience: 3–5 years of digital project management experience (web development, design services, CMS implementations) Supervision: N/A Certifications: PMP or equivalent certification Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from a variety of both internal and external sources.
