This is a contract-to-permanent role (3-month evaluation period) reporting to the VP of Product & Data Operations. You'll work with a lean, multidisciplinary team (developers, designers, content strategists) and manage a mix of projects and ongoing support relationships. Essential Functions:
Lead client delivery across multiple concurrent engagements, including:

Own day-to-day project operations:
  • Run sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives using Scrum/Jira
  • Maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk logs
  • Coordinate work across internal teams (engineering, design, content) and external contractors
  • Facilitate weekly client status meetings and deliver clear progress reporting
Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact:
  • Translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications
  • Manage scope, change requests, and stakeholder expectations
  • Identify and escalate risks early; propose mitigation strategies
  • Build trust and maintain strong relationships to support retention and growth
Minimum Requirements:
Specific Job Skills:
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities
  • Strong command of Agile/Scrum methodology and tools (Jira required)
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams (developers, designers, content authors)
  • Excellent client communication skills, comfortable leading stakeholder meetings and managing expectations
  • Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment with minimal oversight
Strongly preferred:
  • Experience with Sitecore (especially Sitecore XM Cloud/XM) or other enterprise CMS platforms
  • Healthcare industry experience (health system websites, patient-facing digital products)
  • Background in agency or professional services delivery models
  • Familiarity with offshore/distributed development teams
Experience: 3–5 years of digital project management experience (web development, design services, CMS implementations)
Supervision: N/A
Certifications: PMP or equivalent certification
Language Skills:
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from a variety of both internal and external sources.
