| Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator Job Summary: RevSpring is seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Human Resources Coordinator to support our print facility operations and corporate HR functions. This role is fully in-office and plays a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations in a production environment. Some flexibility in the schedule to meet with the night shift will be required. The HR Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for onsite employee support while also owning and coordinating new hire onboarding for the entire company. This position is responsible for managing employment paperwork, maintaining accurate employee records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations. Essential Functions:

Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered Experience: 1–3 years of experience in an HR support or administrative role. Supervision: N/A Certifications: N/A Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from a variety of both internal and external sources.
