| Job Title: Revenue Operations Manager Role Overview The Revenue Operations & Marketing Analytics Manager is responsible for driving data-driven decision-making across marketing and sales by owning event performance tracking, inbound lead processes, account planning analytics, territory insights, and reporting infrastructure. This role ensures visibility into ROI, pipeline health, BDR performance, and overall go-to-market effectiveness through Salesforce, Power BI, and other analytics tools. Qualifications
Success in This Role Looks Like Clear visibility into marketing ROI and event performance. A well-defined, scalable inbound lead process with measurable impact on pipeline. Trusted dashboards used by Sales and Marketing leadership. Consistent, actionable BDR performance insights. Improved territory coverage and account planning outcomes. Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from a variety of both internal and external sources.
