This individual will serve as a key leader responsible for transforming the way our provider clients experience and derive value from the Kyruus platform. By bridging the gap between data insights and operational execution, this role will drive client adoption, deepen strategic partnerships, and ensure clients move from passive users to active optimizers of their healthcare access strategies. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with deep healthcare IT experience, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a demonstrated ability to translate platform data into measurable client outcomes.
Essential Functions:
  • Bridge the “insight gap” by moving clients from underutilized dashboards to executing on strategic insights derived from Kyruus platform data, including patient search trends, provider availability gaps, appointment booking drop-offs, and referral and service line leakage.
  • Lead and drive the migration from Search to Guide across the provider client base, serving as the primary adoption champion and change management leader.
  • Operationalize platform data by translating insights into actionable plans that help health system clients improve patient access, optimize provider capacity, and grow service line revenue.
  • Drive client revenue and growth by identifying high-demand service lines, fixing referral leakage, and retaining revenue through optimized steerage and network performance.
  • Develop and maintain trusted advisor relationships with C-suite and operational leaders across client organizations, transforming RevSpring’s positioning from software vendor to critical strategic business partner.
  • Lead strategic customer engagement through bi-annual reviews, quarterly readouts, and ongoing advisory support with key health system stakeholders across access, strategy, and operations.
  • Generate cross-data insights by combining Kyruus platform data with external datasets such as claims and utilization data, demographic trends, provider network information, and market demand signals.
  • Create a product innovation feedback loop by translating customer environment insights and market trends into recommendations for Kyruus product strategy, including predictive access analytics, network optimization tools, and demand forecasting capabilities.
  • Lead, develop, and scale the Client Success and Account Management team for the Kyruus provider segment, fostering a performance-driven culture focused on client health, renewal outcomes, and adoption metrics.
  • Partner cross-functionally with product, implementation, and executive leadership to close feedback loops, elevate the client experience, and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Establish and track Healthcare Access KPIs for quarterly business review sharing with clients and internal stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements:
Specific Job Skills:

  • Deep understanding of healthcare access, provider network management, patient navigation, and referral workflows.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing client success or account management teams.
  • Exceptional executive presence and communication skills, with experience building C-suite relationships.
  • Ability to synthesize multiple data sources (platform data, claims, market intelligence) into actionable client insights.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with product, implementation, and sales teams.
  • Self-starter with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
Experience:
