Job Title: Sales Executive – Community Hospital
Job Summary:
The Community Hospital Sales Executive is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies focused on community hospitals, regional health systems and critical access hospitals. This role will leverage existing relationships, RevSpring's market presence, current customer base, and targeted prospect accounts to drive revenue growth. Leads are generated through direct sales efforts, marketing initiatives, business development resources, and strategic partnerships.
The ideal candidate will understand the operational, financial, and patient engagement challenges facing community healthcare organizations and effectively position RevSpring solutions to improve patient financial experiences, optimize revenue cycle performance, and increase collections.
Essential Functions:
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for targeted community hospitals, regional health systems, and healthcare partners.
  • Identify opportunities to expand RevSpring's footprint within existing accounts and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create customized sales strategies, value propositions, and solution presentations tailored to the unique needs of community healthcare organizations.
  • Evaluate and refine sales approaches to maximize effectiveness and improve conversion rates.
  • Lead discovery conversations to understand organizational priorities, financial challenges, patient engagement goals, and revenue cycle initiatives.
  • Present compelling business cases that demonstrate the financial and operational value of RevSpring solutions.
  • Utilize consultative and solution-based selling methodologies to align RevSpring offerings with customer objectives.
  • Develop trusted relationships with executive leadership, revenue cycle leaders, patient access teams, finance departments, and operational stakeholders.
  • Create ROI analyses and financial justifications that support customer decision-making and internal approvals.
  • Partner with Marketing to develop targeted messaging, content, and campaigns designed for community healthcare organizations.
  • Effectively communicate RevSpring's patient engagement and payment solutions, emphasizing improvements in patient satisfaction, collections performance, and operational efficiency.
  • Leverage RevSpring tools, calculators, and data-driven insights to demonstrate measurable outcomes and return on investment.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline activity, and account plans within CRM systems.

  • Analytical Thinking – Interprets financial and operational data to build persuasive business cases and ROI models.
  • Healthcare Industry Knowledge – Familiarity with healthcare operations, patient financial engagement, revenue cycle management, and reimbursement processes.
  • Experience working with community hospitals, regional health systems, or healthcare service organizations preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals and develop long-term customer relationships.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% as business needs require.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: 3–5 years of successful healthcare sales experience, preferably selling technology, patient engagement, revenue cycle, financial, or operational solutions.

Language Skills:
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from a variety of both internal and external sources.
