What you will do in a Senior Sales Engineer role at Kyruus:

  • Work hands-on with prospects and customers to demonstrate and communicate the value of Kyruus throughout the sales cycle, from demonstration to design and kick off
  • Partner with Account Executives to understand the needs of our customers, strategize on how to navigate winning sales cycles and provide compelling value-based demonstrations
  • Partner with Customer Success Partners to evaluate revenue and project opportunities, and own the scoping, staffing and transition to Professional Services
  • Working with the Sales and Customer Success teams, you’ll help to ensure that proper service fees are assessed and charged through the project scoping process, working to maximize project profitability
  • Own the meetings with prospective customers and existing customers to fully scope out the implementation process
  • Create a Statement of Work which the Customer and Professional Services team will use as the foundation for the implementation
  • Stay up-to-date on the product capabilities and implementation methods, best practices, and standards
  • You’ll report to the Senior Manager, Sales Engineering in the Sales Engineering and Technical Services Department within the Revenue Division.

What you will bring:

  • 6+ years of industry experience
  • Pre-sales experience preferred
  • Outstanding presentation skills to both technical and executive audiences
  • The ability to connect a customer’s business problems and Kyruus’ solutions
  • A high degree of autonomy, utilizing your ability to successfully demonstrate, scope and transition customer projects on an independent basis
  • Energy to thrive in a fast-past environment
