Here’s what that would mean for you in the Business Systems Analyst role.
Care: You’ll serve as an integral contributor to the overall success of our customer implementations, technical design and configuration of our products for customers. You’ll demonstrate a desire to contribute to a delightful customer experience, successful implementation, and smooth resolution of customer requests and issues.
Driven: You are driven to provide our customers with the best possible technical configurations, as well as effective customer communication and quick request resolution.
Respect: You’ll partner effectively with your internal leads within Implementation, Customer Success, and Support. You’ll show willingness to join customer calls to provide technical guidance and configuration solution ideas.
Accountable: You will share critical knowledge around current product capabilities for new and existing client projects, provide consultation to internal teams around product capabilities and provide a client facing technical lens for our internal teams as we navigate through implementations.

What you will do in a Business Systems Analyst Role at Kyruus Health:

  • Individual and Team Collaboration:
  • You’ll partner with customer leads from Support, Customer Success, and Implementation to own the requirements gathering, solutioning and configuration of our product platform to ensure client projects are successfully implemented.
  • You’ll be accountable for and manage to key deliverables of work requests as they come through Jira
  • You’ll join customer calls as needed and leverage your executive presence and diagnostic listening skills to delight our customers and your partners within Delivery.
  • Communicate and escalate customer concerns to project team and management.
  • Technical Work:
  • You’ll demonstrate functional and technical skills to implement effective solutions for our customers in a growing Software as a Service company.
  • You’ll use your excellent problem-solving skills and resourcefulness to configure our customer environments based on best practices and business needs.
  • Solicit customer requirements, scope solutions and communicate technical solutions to clients.
  • Use your understanding of systems integration to research client questions and troubleshoot customer issues.
  • Architect, configure and test effective solutions for clients.
  • Product and Process Improvement:
  • You’ll partner with Optimization Services and Product in Limited Release and Beta functionality efforts.
  • You’ll regularly think of ways in which work can be simplified and streamlined, with an eye towards standardization, increase in customer ROI, and reduction in time to value

What you will bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in business systems
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and with others internally, as well as being appropriate and comfortable in customer-facing interactions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Accountability to get work deliverables done in a timely manner
  • Knowledge of/ability to learn Kyruus Health products and processes, coupled with a willingness to think creatively about how to do things better
